Amendment makes technical changes dealing with the Commission on the Future of the Aerospace Industry; provides funds for a memorial at the Somerset County, Pennsylvania airplane crash site honoring those who struggled with terrorists aboard United Airlines Flight 93; places prohibitions on equipment or products made with steel not melted or poured in the United States; and adds sense of the Congress language concerning the maintenance of a domestic manufacturing base for products necessary to national security.
