- To provide that, notwithstanding any other provision of the joint resolution, such sums as may be necessary for programs, projects, or activities provided for in the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1983 (H.R. 7356), to the extent and in the manner provided for in the conference report and joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference (H. Rept. No. 97-978), filed in the House on December 17, 1982, as if such Act had been enacted into law.
