- Purpose
- Providing that the Secretary shall provide for participation of an affected State and any affected Indian Tribe under subsections 701(b), (c), (d), and (e) of Title VII in any test and evaluation facility authorized by the Congress under Section 407; and the subsection shall not apply to any existing research and development site unless it is authorized as a test and evaluation facility and expanded significantly with regard to its extent or the number of packages of solidified high-level radioactive waste and spent fuel.
