- To provide that certain amounts transferred to State unemployment funds will continue to be available for payment of administrative expenses; to remove the age limitation on the exemption from the Federal Unemployment Tax Act on wages for certain services performed by students; and to extend the exemption from Federal Unemployment Tax Act on wages paid to certain alien farm workers.
