- Providing, for the payment of claims and expenses to carry out the provisions of Section 7 of the Fishermen's Protective Act of 1967 (P.L.90-482), as amended, there are appropriated not to exceed $1,800,000 from the fees collected from fishing vessel owners pursuant to Section 7 of that Act, to remain available until expended.
