- Purpose
- That funds made available for expenditure under the Act for contracts entered into pursuant to 16 U.S.C. 579(a) to provide fixed-wing air tanker services shall be transferred into the category of "Fighting Forest Fires," and with respect to subsequent fiscal years, the Forest Service budget shall include such amounts within such budget category or equivalent category as may be subsequently adopted.
