- Amendment sought to increase EPA funding by $25 million for the EPA Office of Compliance and Enforcement with offests made to other salaries and expenses accounts in the bill.
- Purpose
- An amendment numbered 46 printed in the Congressional Record to provide that funding in the bill for Veterans Affairs and EPA are reduced by $25 million and funds for "Environmental Programs and Management" are increased by $25 million for activites authorized by law.
