- An amendment numbered 16 printed in Part B of House Report 109-84 to require the Secretary to carry out an Advanced Technology Northern Border Security Pilot Program authorized in the National Intelligence Reform Act of 2004. Also requires the Secretary to carry out a study on border surveillance of the northern border of the United States by remotely piloted vehicles.
