- Purpose
- An amendment to add a new section to the bill increasing funds in the bill for CORPS OF ENGINEERS--CIVIL--OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE by $20 million. The increase would be offset by a similar reduction in funds from the DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY--DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATION account.
