Amendment107th Congress
At the end of title V, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following section: \ SEC. 5__. Of the amounts otherwise made available in this Act to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for fiscal year 2002, $12,000,000 is transferred and made available under the account for the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund as an additional amount to support activities of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
