- To prohibit the use of appropriated funds for payments under any contract for Federal employees health benefits with the Service Benefit Plan (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) for calendar year 1982 which does not provide payments for nervous and mental disorders which are equal and comparable to the benefits provided for such disorders under the contract for Federal employee health benefits with the Service Benefit Plan (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) for calendar year 1982.
