An amendment to increase funds for maintenance of the herd of long horned cattle on the Witchita Mountain Wildlife Refuge from $242,778,000 to $244,151,000. The amendment also prohibits the closing of certain fish hatcheries prior to 3/31/83 or unless they determine that the hatchery in question has a benefit/cost ratio that makes it one of the lowest 11 hatcheries operated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
