An amendment. The amendment adds the text of H.R. 5956 to the bill. H.R. 5956 is a bill to amend the Commodity Exchange Act to require public disclosure of certain information relating to the sales of commodities export. The amendment would require the Commission to revoke the registration of any future dealers who sell commodities related to wheat, corn, soybeans, or other crops designated by the Commission who fails to report certain information to the Commission: a) date of sale agreement, b) quantity, c) name of commodity, and d) recipients of the commodity. This information is to be made public by the Commission on the working day after its receipt, and must be received by the Commission within 48 hours of the transaction.
