Amendments en bloc dealing with Panama Canal Commission operating expenses to: 1) remove "official reception and representation expenses" of the board and administrator from the list of expenses provided for and to, 2) set limits on funds a) Guide Service Funds, $217,000, b) Administrator's Residence, $60,000, c) Employee Recreation and Community Projects, $25,000, d) Expert and Consultant Services, $520,000, e) Maintenance and Alteration of Republic of Panama Facilities, $4,000,000, and f) Supervisory Board, $60,000. It also strikes the Commission's permission to incur obligations in advance of adequate receipts. And it sets limits on capital outlays: a) Transit Projects, $18,664,000, b) General Support Projects, $3,252,000, c) Utilities Projects, $1,870,000 and d) Quarters Improvements, $880,000.
