Amendment97th Congress
An amendment to the Florio substitute amendment to strike the provisions that extend the hazardous waste regulations of the act for small generators that produce 100 kg per month or more of hazardous waste. The amendment substitutes language requiring the Administrator of the EPA to complete a study within three years of enactment of the act regarding hazardous waste generated by small generators in quantities of 1000 kg or less per month should be modified for any class of hazardous waste.
