An amendment to strike the following withdrawals in the bill: 1) National Forest System Lands specified in Executive Communication 1504, 2) Wilderness Study Areas designated by acts of Congress, and 3) National Forest System Lands identified for further planning in Executive Communication 1504. These lands are withdrawn from possible leasing at all or for specified lengths of time in the bill. These lands are specifically excepted from such withdrawals from leasing in the amendment.
