The amendment reduces funds in the following: (CLEAN AIR ACT: FY '83 ($48,185,000), FY '83 in bill ($57,685,000)); (FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION ACT: FY '83 ($30,800,000), FY '83 in bill ($44,210,000)); (SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT: FY '83 ($23,906,000), FY '83 in bill ($26,406,000)); (SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL ACT: FY '83 ($30,579,000), FY '83 in bill ($31,579,000)); (HAZARDOUS WASTE ACTIVITIES: FY '83 ($7,213,000), FY '83 in bill ($19,213,000)); (EPA RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT: FY '83 ($8,721,000), FY '83 in bill ($11,212,000)); (TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT: FY '83 ($26,649,000), FY '83 in bill ($29,149,000)); (INTERDISCIPLINARY ACTIVITIES: FY '83 ($7,213,000), FY '83 in bill ($19,213,00)) and (ENERGY ACTIVITIES: FY '83 ($35,030,000), FY '83 in bill ($58,531,000)).
