Three amendments en bloc. They: 1) make changes in the conditions for land conveyance in Houston County, Georgia, (the Air Force Secretary is authorized to convey "portions of tracts" instead of "tracts"), 2) add that authority to make payments in regard to land conveyance in Clarke County, Georgia is to take effect 10/1/82, and is subject to availability of appropriations for that purpose, and 3) add new section (806) to permit Construction of Military Family Housing on land not owned by the U.S. under certain conditions.
