Two amendments en bloc to make technical changes. The first amendment makes the following adjustments in allocation of funds of public works projects: Military Construction outside the U.S. from 320,090,000 dollars to 316,340,000 dollars; Minor Construction from 56,420,000 dollars to 56,050,000 dollars; and Family Housing Construction from 154,955,000 dollars to 936,078,000 dollars. The amendment also sets the effective day of October 1, 1982 for section 606 of the bill (Deficiency Authorization: amendments to the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1982).
