An amendment to make the following changes in construction authorizations: (U.S. Army, Korea: From 61,200,000 dollars To 57,850,000 dollars), (U.S. Army, Germany: From 189,640,000 dollars To 189,240,000 dollars) and, (Minor Construction: From 56,420,000 dollars To 56,050,000 dollars). The above reductions are to make possible increased housing and community center construction for the Army, increasing from 385 to 387 units (39,195,000 dollars to 42,295,000 dollars).
