An amendment to require the EPA Administrator to conduct a study on the impact prohibitions of the FIFRA Act on releasing information to foreign governments and international organizations have on the Administrators' ability to gather information from the countries and organizations in fulfilling its obligations in relation to pesticide safety in the U.S, and the development of pesticide research and regulations with such countries. The study is to be open to public comment and the results of the study and comments that the EPA comes up with are to be transmitted to Congress. The initial study for public comment is to be prepared within 300 days of enactment of this act.
