An amendment to add that dairy products contributed for outside the U. S. distribution to needy persons must be coordinated with and complement other U. S. foreign assistance. To effect this coordination it is to be through a mechanism designated by the President to see that the distribution is in compliance with the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954. Such contributions are to be in addition of the level of assistance already under the 1954 Act.
