Amendment97th Congress
An amendment to 1) specify that funds provided by FY '82 but not used may be used in FY '83 without affecting the appropriation levels provided for FY '83, 2) amendments made by this bill to the Wagner - Peyser Act and to the Social Security Act are not to be effective until Oct. 1, 1982, and 3) the Secretary shall publish by March 1, 1983, in the Federal Register all regulations necessary to carry out this act. They are to be published for review and comment.
