An amendment to substitute new language for the Title I, Chapter I language ruled out of order. The new language changes the provision that required that "not less" than 50,000,000 dollars of the 5,000,000,000 dollars provided the Commodity Credit Corporation be available for export credit loans to that not "more than" that amount be provided for that purpose.
