An amendment to require that Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania must be shown on maps produced by the Army under those names, with "Soviet Occupied" in parenthesis under each name. Also, near each of these areas the following statement is to be printed: "The United States Government does not recognize the incorporation of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania into the Soviet Union".
