An amendment to permit the Secretary of Air Force to acquire one tethered aerostat radar set for deployment at Kennedy Air Force Station, Florida. The Secretary shall provide for necessary improvements to this radar set and one like it at Cudjoe Key, Florida. The improvements in maintenance of these radar sets are to be paid for with funds provided in this bill.
