An amendment to reduce operation and maintenance funds: (ARMY: from 16,742,200,000 dollars to 16,697,100,000 dollars), (NAVY: from 21,828,400,000 dollars to 21,545,000,000 dollars), (AIR FORCE: from 17,327,700,000 dollars to 17,278,100,000 dollars), and (DEFENSE AGENCIES: 5,694,040,000 dollars to 5,673,640,000 dollars). The amendment also reassigns figures within the subsections listed above to meet the new reduced limits on funds for each subsection. Marine Corps Operation and Maintenance total amount is not changed, but the figures within that total are reassigned.
