DEFICIT: 1983 - from (-103.85 dollars) to (-115.55 dollars), 1984 - from (-72.75 dollars) to (-87.40 dollars), 1985 - from (-34.65 dollars) to (-61.20 dollars). The amendment contains reconciliation adjustments to fit these figures.
