An amendment to the Walker amendment. The Fuqua amendment would reduce funds for Engineering Measurements & Standards and the Technical Competence Fund the same amount the Walker amendment would reduce funds. It would reduce Computer Science & Technology from $12,731,000 to $10,000,000 instead of to $7,131,000; Core Research Program for Innovation and Productivity from $11,586,000 to $11,188,000 instead of to $7,274,000; and Office of Weights and Measures from $1,200,000 to $1,000,000 instead of to $830,000.
