An amendment to require the President to collect information on the pricing, supply, and distribution of petroleum products at the wholesale and retail levels, on a State by State basis. Such information shall be substantially of the same type as was collected during September 1981 by the Energy Information Administration pursuant to the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973.
