Amendment97th Congress
An amendment to direct the President to submit to Congress a report on all legislation, currently in force, and all administrative remedies, presently available, which can be used to prevent the involvement , service or participation by U.S. citizens in activities in support of international terrorism. The report is to include an appraisal of the effectiveness of existing remedies and of proposed legislation for stopping such activities by U.S. citizens.
