An amendment to allow social services funds to be used for 1) prevention of unlawful entry into residences of older individuals through the installation of security devices and structural modifications of residences, and 2) the provision of security personnel who would be responsible for the maintaining and monitoring security systems and for otherwise providing security against unlawful entry into residences of older individuals.
