An amendment to state that in each instance in which the International Development Association has informed the Secretary of the Treasury that it has made loans or loan commitments to a single country in amounts which are cumulatively greater than 15 percent of the total projected funding of the sixth replenishment of the International Development Association, then the sum made available to IDA shall be reduced by an amount equal to 27 percent of the portion of loans or loan commitments to the country that exceeds 15 percent of the projected sixth replenishment total.
