Amendment97th Congress
An amendment to state that funds under this act may not be sued by the NRC to review, process, or approve any application for a license to export uranium enriched to greater than 20 percent U-235. This restriction is not to apply to any application for a license to export uranium if such uranium is exported for use in reactors which the NRC has determined cannot feasibly be converted to low enriched uranium.
