An amendment to add that the Secretary of Agriculture is to continue, during crop years 1982 through 1985, the Federal Crop Insurance Pilot Program of making crop insurance available at selected county offices of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service. This is to provide data on the comparative cost of selling and servicing crop insurance by various delivery systems. A report on the comparative cost is to be submitted to Congress by February 1, 1985.
