An amendment dealing with the distribution of surplus commodities. Commodities acquired by the government under the price support program shall be made available without charge or credit to nutrition projects under the Older Americans Act of 1965, to child nutrition programs providing food service, and to food banks participating in the food bank program established under the Agricultural Act of 1980.
