An amendment to require the Secretary of Agriculture, in cooperation with States and their subdivisions, to conduct a study of the incidence of oak wilt and oak decline disease and evaluate methods for controlling the spread of such disease. A report on this is to be submitted to Congress by March 1, 1982. The report is to include recommendations for controlling the spread and the cost of such programs.
