An amendment to specify that if a condition of participating in the feed grain loan or purchase program is to participate in a land diversion program or devote acres to conservation uses, the producers shall be paid a minimum of 80 percent of the loan rate applicable to the acreage set aside. The option of planting a specified crop and thus receiving a reduced payment for the diverted acres must be provided.
