An amendment to lower the minimum dairy price support level from 75 percent to 70 percent of parity with annual adjustments. The level of support could not rise above 70 percent of parity when CCC purchases exceed 750 million dollars but would be allowed to fall below $13.10 per hundredweight, the current milk support price.
