An amendment to permit the U.S. district courts to issue permanent or temporary injunctions, restraining orders, or any other orders against individuals who, in the judgement of the heads of any department engaged in foreign intelligence or counter intelligence activities, is about to engage in conduct in violation of this Act. The complaint against the individuals must be taken to the court by the Attorney General and the court hearing is to be held in camera. The restraining order is to be issued if it is shown that the safety of an individual is in danger or if irreparable damage to U.S. intelligence activities will result.
