An amendment to prohibit the use of funds in this bill to provide a personal cook, chauffeur, or other personal servants to any officer or employee of the District. Also the amendment requires that any passenger automobile purchased by the District have an EPA estimated 22 miles per gallon average. The requirement for gas mileage is not to apply for security, emergency rescue, or armored vehicles.
