Three amendments en bloc to 1) add 20,000,000 dollars for commuter rail services for Chicago; 2) a) reduce funds for the Federal Aviation Administration from 2,406,200,000 dollars to 2,305,000,000 dollars (of which 850,000,000 dollars instead of 900,000,000 dollars is to be derived from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund), and b) strike language prohibiting the payment of air traffic controllers, and 3) provide up to 50,000,000 dollars for the St. Louis Terminal restructuring project from the sale of notes.
