An amendment to add two new sections: 1) none of the funds provided to any Department of Agency under this bill shall be used to provide a personal cook, chauffeur, or other personal servant to any officer or employee of the departments or agencies, 2) automobiles procured with funds under this bill must have an EPA estimated miles per gallon average of 22 miles per gallon or better.
