An amendment to prohibit the Army from placing ceilings, limitations or quotas on the number of women to be accepted for original enlistment in the Regular Army until the end of FY '82. The amendment also requires the Secretary of the Army to carry out a study to determine the effect of women in all job categories on readiness and effectiveness.
