- Purpose
- To provide that if two or more related corporations which employ health care professionals as faculty members (i.e., a university and a medical school) employ the same individual and compensate the individual through a common paymaster which is one of the corporations, each corporation shall be considered to have paid remuneration to the individual only the amounts actually disbursed by it and shall not be considered to have paid as remuneration amounts actually disbursed to the individual by the other corporation.
