- Purpose
- An amendment to insert a new section at the end of the bill to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to make grants to assist States in conforming with minimum drivers' license standards by appropriating $100,000,000. For taxpayers with adjusted gross income in excess of $1,000,000, the amount of tax reduction shall be reduced by 1.562 percent.
