- Purpose
- Providing that, upon request of the North Carolina School of the Arts, Winston-Salem, the Secretary of Commerce shall authorize the school to lease to any person the Stevens Center for the Performing Arts building, without affecting the federal assistance provided by a grant under the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, if the transfer documents provide for the operation of the facility as a performing arts center.
