A substitute amendment for the bill reducing funding in the bill. The bill sets health manpower funding at $158.2 million for two years and nursing funding at $52 million for four years. The amendment also provides $90 million in each of FYs 1985 through 1988 for the National Health Service Corps and $51 million in each of FYs 1985 through 1988 for migrant health centers and $327 million in each of FYs 1985 through 1988 for community health centers.
