An amendment to require the Secretary of HHS to conduct a study of the delivery of inpatient and outpatient health care services to the homeless. The study is to include an evaluation of eligibility requirements which prevent the homeless from receiving health care services and an evaluation of the efficiency of the delivery system of that care. The study's results must be submitted to Congress by 9/30/85 with recommendations for legislation needed to improve that care.
