Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to permit individuals who are full time students at health profession schools to leave school to engage in activities directly related to the health care profession for which the student is preparing to return to the school after as much as two years as a part time student and still not have to resume immediate payment on his loan. Previously a one year break in studies required the student to begin to repay his loan.
